For a sustained three month period Jenny
Searle Associates supported Urban Fox consultancy to offer ‘tenant
friend’ services during the public consultation on housing
stock options.
We helped tenant and leaseholder representatives to communicate
important issues to the community. The work included:
- neighbourhood visioning
- training in communication and confidence building for the
Forum
- designing and producing three newsletters
- structuring a questionnaire
- carrying out community audits
